Forever Home is the culmination of over three decades of combined experience in technology, real estate, home services, and care. My mission is to improve how people age by adapting the place they choose to live to meet their needs, challenges, and abilities.
Jeff is the Founder & CEO of AgeTech Atlanta and the creator of the Care Card mobile app for family caregiving teams. He is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.

As a passionate Social Entrepreneur, I'm deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for families through the concept of multi-generational living. My mission is to help individuals and families discover the profound benefits of aging in place, creating a nurturing environment right at home. This advocacy is supported by my initiative to provide a comprehensive ecosystem that facilitates multi-generational cohabitation and aging in comfort.
Danniel is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) and the author of The Ultimate Guide to Multi-Generational Living.
